SERVICE PACKAGES
Pool Openings, Closings and Weekly Maintenance

Proper care of your pool is essential in maintaining your investment. With over 30 years of experience on the Chicago North Shore our expertise gives us the ability to effectively and efficiently service your pool. Below is a listing of some of our services.

Spring openings
• Remove cover (if applicable) and wash debris off deck
• Drain pool
• Acid wash walls and floor
• Set up deck equipment (ladders, diving board, lights)
• Fill pool
• Start circulation system (pump, filter and heater) and add five pounds of stabilizer

Reminder: On or before the date your pool is scheduled to open, please make sure your gates are unlocked, water is available to outside spigot(s), and a garden hose is availabe for filling.

Weekly maintenance
• Vacuum pool
• Skim surface
• Clean out skimmer and pump basket
• Clean tile and backwash filter as needed
• Balance water

Fall closings
• Drain pool water below level of inlets
• Remove deck equipment (ladders, handrails, underwater lighting)
• Purge all pool plumbing of water and fill with anti-freeze
• Winterize pump, filter and heater
• Install winterizing plugs to seal pipes
